Connie Brewer is a licensed Health Facility Administrator with over 30 years of long-term care experience, including 20 years of multi-facility management. She has been a monitor with the Indiana State Department of Health as well as a consultant for a national health services company. Connie has been with CarDon & Associates since 2000, serving as the Director of Operations since 2002. |

Kathy Baumgardner serves as the Director of Administrative Services for CarDon & Associates. She joined the company in 1998 serving first in the business office and later as the Executive Director of the Bell Trace campus in Bloomington, Indiana. Kathy moved to the corporate office in 2003 serving in leadership roles in human resources, physical plant and refurbishing. She currently oversees the operations of the Assisted Living & Independent Living Communities. |

Kent N. Rodgers, CPA, joined CarDon & Associates in 2006 as its Chief Financial Officer. Kent has over 20 years of experience in financial leadership positions. He was previously a senior manager with KPMG Peat Marwick and a Partner with BKD, LLP (formerly Olive, LLP). Kent served as Chief Financial Officer for family held businesses for six years prior to joining CarDon & Associates. He was recognized as CFO of the year in 2008 by the Indianapolis Business Journal for privately held companies with annual revenues less than $250 million dollars. |

Scott Rigney joins CarDon & Associates as the Director of Development. Scott joined the company in early 2008 after serving three years as the Executive Director of Corporate Real Estate for Clarian Health. Scott has 20 years of facilities management, planning, and real estate experience. |
